Who We Are

I contacted BTTJ with a medical negligence claims when I was still grieving and being thrown medical jargon about my fathers unexpected death.

They were open and honest and helped me understand the options but also the limitations of a claim. They were there throughout the hospital investigation and inquest to talk through outcomes and explain medical and legal implications. It made a difficult and unknown process easier to navigate.

Sadly, and not through the fault of BTTJ, the payout was lower than we’d hoped but again this was fully explained, challenged and other options explored.

I felt fully supported throughout the process and trusted their judgement and experience. The best outcome for us as a family was to get an apology and BTTJ were able to get this formally for us which gave a sense of closure. Thank you for all your help.

I just wanted to personally thank you for taking on my mum’s case and seeing it through to its conclusion. I really do appreciate your time, patience and advice over the past few years and know mum and dad feel the same. Mum will now be able to secure the right care and equipment for her needs. Simply knowing they are now in a position to be able to do what needs to be done to make her life more comfortable is such a tremendous relief.  So, many thanks to you and your team for all you have done.

My thinking of this exercise was always to get that hospital to recognize their negligence and the appalling way I was treated which could have resulted in a fatal conclusion.  Many many thanks for all your help and persistence.
